Official Rules & Regulations
1. Must be 21 years of age or older.2. An acceptable valid photo ID is required to join THE Club and redeem points for cash or prizes.
3. THE Club card points may be redeemed at the following properties: Wind Creek Casino, Riverside Casino, and Tallapoosa Casino.
4. Earn one club point for every five dollars played. Status "expiration" will be determined by points earned in the current calendar year and will remain until the end of the following year.
Point thresholds: Earn 30,000 points in a calendar year and qualify for Gold status. Earn 60,000 or more points in a calendar year and qualify for Platinum status.
5. Once at Gold or Platinum status, your account will become activated within twenty-four hours.
6. Expiration of points: Points earned in the current calendar year expire on December 31 of the following year if not redeemed.
7. Birthday date is based on birth date indicated on THE Club account.
8. Anniversary date is based on the activation date of THE Club account number.
9. A meal voucher will be offered in lieu of a free dinner for properties with no restaurants, to honor birthdays for Gold and Platinum members.
10. Holding a machine refers to complimentary holding of your favorite game for a limited time, not to exceed two hours, while you enjoy other amenities. Guest must be actively playing machine at the time of request. Length of time a machine can be reserved may vary by property.
11. Reserved seating at "The Sound" with advanced notice is available only at Wind Creek Casino & Hotel.
